All Florida Tax & Financial Solutions is a small, deliberately hands-on firm led by Pamela Henley, EA. Every engagement runs through Pam.

Before founding the firm in 2009, Pam worked as a Dental Hygienist. Her focus was educating patients — teaching them how to protect what mattered most. She noticed the dentists she worked with kept asking the same question: they needed a tax strategist for the practice, and could not find one.
Pam went back to school, earned her BS in Accounting, and later her Enrolled Agent credential — the highest designation the IRS awards, licensed federally to represent taxpayers in all fifty states. Today she educates a different audience: business owners trying to make sense of what their numbers actually mean.
"I have a real desire to help people, and as a tax strategist it gives me the greatest pleasure to find ways to save people money."
Her practice covers individual and business tax preparation, year-round planning, accounting and QuickBooks work, payroll support, and outsourced financial guidance for owners who need someone thinking about the whole picture — not just the return in front of them.
Federally licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all fifty states.
Formal accounting education backing years of applied tax and small-business practice.
Active member of the NAEA, NSA, and NATP — with continuing tax and accounting education each year.
Pamela Henley is an Enrolled Agent. The firm does not provide investment advisory, legal, or financial planning services requiring separate licensure.
All Florida Tax & Financial Solutions has been serving Orlando and Florida entrepreneurs from the same neighborhood on N Fern Creek Ave since it opened. The client roster is intentionally sized so that Pam can stay close to every engagement.
Clients tend to stay for years, not seasons. Many arrive after a tax surprise, a QuickBooks mess, or a decision they weren't sure how to price out. They stay because the working relationship covers all of it — and because Pam picks up the phone.
No account managers or intake teams. Every conversation begins with the person who will actually do the work.
